COMPETITORS WHO HAVE NOT OBTAINED THEIR INBA CARD WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AFTER PAYING THE ENTRY / DRUG FEES AND WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE EVENING SHOW TO PROVE THEIR INBA / PNBA MEMBERSHIP BODYBUILDING STATUS.
